NCC has provided a broad array of investment banking services to its corporate clients. Among these services have been structuring debt and equity offerings, merger and acquisition consulting, bank debt solicitation and negotiation, developing and implementing 401(k) plan education programs, business plan and strategy development, coordination Private Placement Memorandum preparation and distribution, and general corporate finance consulting. The firm has been directly involved in raising over $25 million in debt and equity for clients. Clients served are quite diverse, and have included, for example, financial service providers, law firms, hospitals, and real estate developers. Additional industries served have been e-health, e-commerce, insurance, not-for-profit, bio-pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing.
